Anbody else wish that console game makers made more games for Mac? I'd love to see companies like Konami, and Capcom and Sega port games. The whole digital hub idea sounds cool. it would be nice not having to spend money on a PS2 or XBox.

It might have something to do with the fact that a console title can easily sell a few million copies while a Mac title generally sells only about 20-30,000 copies. A big hit might reach 50,000 if it's very lucky.

You'll have to leave the ports to the dedicated companies like Aspyr. They're bringing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 to the Mac which should be released in April.

Console type games are rarely released for Windows, let alone Macs, because computer gamers don't like console games (and vice versa). Usually, when this happens, the results and/or sales figures are terrible. Of course, there are a few exceptions.

You're just going to have to pay for a PlayStation 2, GAMECUBE, or Xbox.
