I haven't seen anything come close yet to what Marathon was when it first hit the streets. Great graphics for it's day, great storyline, etc... Aleph One may even put some life back inti it for awhile longer.

Myst was great. Riven was better. Exile was kick some serious ass (have y'all seen the gameplay movie from MacWorld? Go to www.myst3.com , visit the "What's New" section, and the link is a bit of the way down the page... Jan. 23, I believe. 12MB, shaky video of an Apple LCD screen, but it's worth it -- if the game is already that smooth... geez... wow... ).

What? no myst? that was like THE game that made you want to have a CD-ROM drive, way back when.
Riven is really good too.....a tad bit complicated...but still good...
can't wait for exile!
