Just purchased and installed Civ3. Is there any way, on the Earth scenario maps, to make the civilizations start in their historical location? In Civ2 there was a way to do that, but I can't seem to find the option in Civ3.

Thanks

In the Preferences there's an option about Starting Locations. I never play earth, so I don't know if it does what you want or just put Civs of the same culture closer together, but it's worth a shot.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx

Thanks for the reply Pinky. One question... does Marla's map fix work with the Mac version?

Thanks

I don't think so. It seems to use a PC executable in order to correct starting positions...
