Where can I buy a Geforce 2 for the new G4 400mhz mac I am about to buy? I don't really want a radeon...I would prefer a geforce 2 but I can't find one anywhere for mac. Is it BTO or not?
Thanks

The only Geforce2 card currently available for the Mac is the Geforce2 MX, which is significantly slower than even the Geforce1 DDR. The Radeon is quite a bit faster than the Geforce2 MX, on the PC or on the Mac. The Geforce2 GTS (not available for the Mac) is a different story, however.

Nah, the Geforce 2 MX is actually very fast. It kills Radeon in low res....but who plays ut at 1600x1200 anyways? They would have to have a very large monitor. Something I cannot afford anyways.

Define "large" in this situation, please. Would 19" be "large", or only something in the 20"+ range?
