I think I have found a potentially nasty bug in Diablo 2.

As I was just playing on Battle.Net, some asshole decided to kill me with a hacked character. Then when I went to retrieve my corpse, I only was able to pick up some of the items. When he picked me off the second time, instead of a corpse appearing again, all my items fell off and the no talent ass monger took them all. I have made back ups of my characters, but what gets me is why wasn't another corpse made? This is something that I think Blizzard needs to address.

It's not a bug. It's a "feature."

I hear Blizzard is changing it in v1.04 (which was supposed to come out a month ago, BTW).

And I'd reccommend playing on the Realms. No hackers.
