Here's another 4x4 Evo question:

Has anyone had experience with using the Thrustmaster Pro Digital 2 (USB)racing wheel/pedal with 4x4 and used the manual shifting option? I'd like to use the butterfly paddles behind the wheel to do shifting manually but have been unable to get them to send the right signals. Right now, downshift changes the viewpoint and upshift shifts the transfer case. In auto transmission mode everything works great. I just don't care for automatic transmissions.

I have an iMac DVSE 400 and am connecting to the computer via the USB port in the left side of the keyboard. I have all settings to default and have calibrated the wheel in the X and Y axes. I just skip the Z axis during calibration (OK it as is). I don't know if I need to click each paddle in the Z direction for upshifts and downshifts. I seem to remember trying that once and it didn't give me good results. I have not used the extension that came with the wheel because it would not let me calibrate the wheel with the extension active (therefore rendering the wheel completely unusable).

I realize that I'm calling on a pretty small audience for this one but if anyone has had any sucessful experience with this setup, I'd appreciate a response.
