I'm in the process of reinstalling my software after a HD upgrade. I remember that I sped up BG with an update patch of some sort and then I changed the framerate # in the .ini file. Cna anyone tell me where I can find the patch again, and what the optimal framerate was?

You can download the patch from GraphSim's site.

Once you've applied the patch, open your .ini file and find the Max Framerate and change that to any number up to 60 (60 is the maximum). That should do it.
