I Have to admit, wich i didn't believe before, Mohaa is the best single player FPS experience I have ever played, the missions become better everytime, once at the beach , it only gets better.... The music !! , the sound, the different sniperguns, everything is so real , destroyed villages, This game is really intense, and i played RtCW single, and must admit that moh:aa is more intense and does not get boring like RtCW single does, wich does not count for MP ofcourse wich is not so good in mohaa and not so balanced... so if you want the best single player experience, no doubts go Mohaa, if you looking for really good mp game , go RtCW . For the moment im really addicted to mohaa single , im in a german camp at night sniping at long range dudes... Also have to tell you that AI of enemies in moh:aa is very good, also MUCH better then RtCW..were they sometimes run as dummies...

MoH:AA has been a surprisingly fun game to play (SP). I admit I wasn't a big fan of EA games. And after finding out there was no blood or gore in this title, I was sceptical. But it goes to show, you don't need the blood to have a fun game. Right now I'm in the prison camp (I think it's a prison camp, but I haven't seen any prisoners). So far I'm having a blast! Love picking off the enemy with my Garand. As far as RtCW, it' certainly was a blast to play. No knocking this title. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it (almost done). Next up will be Max Payne (July 16 hits the shelves). I played a little of it on the PC (Gak!) and the game was very cool!

I actually found MOH:AA pretty lame...or at least, the PC demo of it. I'm not sure what else I can say about the game besides that it sucked. Apparently the multiplayer aspect is worse. If I didn't like the single-player aspect, I don't know how I'd be able to enjoy the game at all.
Off-topic: Minority Report sucked pretty bad too. I think I've seen it all...all movies and computer games disappoint now.

I think MOH is a superior game. The missions are nicely varied (all out action, stealth, combos of each, etc.), the realism is high, and I love the sense that you're often on a mission with other characters. This game shows how pathetic ID has become in delivering single player fun. Id has a great engine and understands good multiplayer mechanics, but you'd think that year after year, they'd actually venture out and do something beyond the same tired old single player formulas, as MOH has done here (I'm also sick to death of Id bringing monsters into every storyline...Return to Wolfenstein would have been a better game without all the zombies running around...tired, tired concept, but if that's not enough, they're remaking Doom!).
Anyway, my only complaint with MOH is that I bought it Thursday, and finished it Sunday! I could have used more levels. Also, I didn't even know I was about to finish, as the campaign progression never gave me the sense that I was leading up to the big climactic finale...
Still, great game...

Not that I know of. I'm pretty sure it's scripted so they all die, and you have to reach your rescue target by yourself.

I just got this game and noticed that there's no serial number. Is something missing from my box or does it not need a serial number at all?

I'm not even going to try it on my TiBook 500, but the PS2 Medal of Honour is very good. I don't know whether this shares any levels with the PS2 game...
There's a really nice sense of atmosphere in that, reminiscent of Goldeneye on the N64. I'd be interested to know if the AI is any better on the Mac, though... I mean, if the guy you were sitting next to got a bullet in the back, you'd do something, anything, wouldn't you?

I've only bought it today and I've started playing as soon as I got home but I must say I find it rather linear and boring at times. So far, I find Return to Castle Wolfenstein much better in every way. Ghost Recon is very good too. I hope Mohaa gets better as the game moves on.

It won't, and neither does a thread that's 2 years old.
Jesus christ man, you brought back a thread that's 2 years old! For what?! Mohaa is old news, it was fun but unrealistic (you're a one man nazi killing machine, i don't think that's how wars were fought).
Call of Duty is the next big thing, go to the apple store and pick it up today!

It's a two year old thread, call of duty didn't exist then.
Oh are you talking to the guy who brought it back?

What's next ? Somebody bringing back a thread stating that PONG is the greatest game known to mankind ?
Seems like somebody is way behind the times here.

Call of Duty is the latest step in the evolution of a gaming genre, while Medal of Honor represents an earlier step. It's a bit unfair to compare the two games and simply dismiss MoH. In its time, it was just as much of a leap forward as CoD is today.
