Hi all of you MacGamers!
I'm askin' you this for a suggestion and ... if you're able to... some hints and helps with the games I'm finishin'!
Christmas time is just around the corner, and the pile of games I bought in the past lies there with the new ones. So this is good news! The bad news is I *love* adventure games and RPGs, but I'm not able to finish a game that a better new one comes out and I go and buy it.
So far, I have these games very close to the finish:
- Ferazel's Wand: I completed the earth, the ice levels and I'm close to finish the lava.
- Odyssey: I know it's an old game, but I loved it! I finished the 5th island (out of 7), but I don't know how to complete the 5th Vex chamber
- Monkey Island 2: I believe I'm very close to the end... I'm in the elevator with Chuck in froont of me but I don't know how to go on!
I have these old ones to start yet:
- Leisure Suit Larry 6
- Myth I
- Myth II
I just bought these new ones:
- Baldur's Gate
- Diablo II

So, if you're still readin', which one do you suggest me to complete and concentrate my effort, and next, which ones should I start playin? (And if you can help me finishing the ones I listed, thanks in advance!)

Myth: The Fallen Lords and Myth II: Soulblighter are great games, but if you have a decent machine then I'd just skip them for now and move on to Baldur's Gate and/or Diablo II. There will be more great role-playing games released by the time you finish each of those.

Disagree. I know a lot of people who hate Diablo 2 ( I do for example ), but think Myth is kinda neat.

Myth is 3d at least. Diablo 2 is ugly and 2d and boring...

Hi there everybody!

Thanks a lot Trevor for the great suggestions!
I just installed yesterday night Baldur's Gate and downloaded the ptach from the site, so I figure I'll start with that one AFTER completing this time Ferazel's and Monkey Island 2. (I have a Beige PowerMac G3 300MHz with 368MB Ram and 4 8GB UWSCSI2 drives, so I believe I have a pretty decent machine)
I've just borrowed my Diablo II cds to my brother, and the only thing I'd like to have is some more suggestions for Odyssey (I dlded the walkthrough from the official site).
One more question: I've seen some screenshots of Baldur's Gate 2 and Icewind Dale (two games I'll surely buy). Are there any other RPG games planned for 2K1?
