when a game is ported do they leave out features and such. I am particularlt interseted in the Black and White port. i really like the game on the PC but worry that the port might change or leave out things so it won't be the game i like.

most of the time, no. the networking is sometimes a problem, but other then that most games are complete thesedays. occasionally, a level editor might be left out, but that hasnt happened recently

There's someone in my head but its not me...

In most cases all updates are rolled in as well, sometimes a few extra's show up too! But all in all it's just a straight port...
