hmmm,
it may be just me (and the fact i can't play medal of honour without a large financial investment ie: new graphics card and thinking about processor upgrade) but it seems that a lot of the more recent mac games have wacky system specs comparative to their pc cousins.

specifically wolfenstein, which runs quite happily on my housemates pretty old 400mhz pentium, not on the highest settings sure, but it works quite well. similarly the recent jedi knight game which is soon coming to the mac is happy as larry and i would doubt i will be able to boot the blighter...

now i know my g4 466mhz, rage pro card machine was not going to cut the mustard forever and would need the gentle upgrade, and i'd didn't specifically buy it to play games (as that would make me a bit mad) but there must be a reason!

opinions?
