Hi,
I have some pblms with UT.
The mouse seems to have lag, I move it and few millisec after the screen move. It's strange...
I *had* the same pblm with Q3. (No Q3 is good but UT doesn't work well)
Errasing the .cfg or the .ini doesn't solve it

Any Idea?
Could this pblm come from some image-synchronisation with my Voodoo 5?

Sorry for my English...frenchy Frog...

Also, mouse lag in Quake 3 is caused by poor frame rates. It happens when your FPS drops below 40 (gnaaah!). I could give you a .cfg file of mine if you're having problems with fps.

Try lowering your detail or resolution for better fps. Make sure you're running in 16 bit as well of course. 40-60 is an awful lot to be jumping, try to get it 50-60 at least.

What kind of mouse/mouse driver are you using?

I'm using B&W G3's mouse.
I try with USB overdrive but the pblm is the same, that's why I thinks that this come from my V5 (maybe)...

I don't think that it's a FPS pblm... I've tried differents configurations to lower the details... no result.

If you always have USB Overdrive on, try disabling it then playing... but that probably won't help. Oh well. Worth suggesting.
