I know there are lots of problems with the installer for Apple's new Nvidia GeForce drivers (and firmware), but for those of you who were lucky and installed it (or used TomeViewer to extract the files, and manually install), what is the effect of the new stuff?
For me, at least, I'm interested in its compatibility and use of RAVE with certain games - Diablo II, Unreal Tournamanet, and Rune (which for me, and I think for many, RAVE wasn't even an option). I've heard only one report on xlr8yourmac.com, claiming slower performance, but I'd like to hear your thoughts as well. Thanks!
