I have to install Unreal tournament on my new machine, which files do I need to copy into the new folder for my saved games to be visible?

Saved games? You mean your .dem files?
In any case if you copy over your entire UT folder as well as your Unreal Tournament Prefs file in your preferences folder you should be all set.
Otherwise if you reinstall UT on your new machine, at the very least you need your UnrealTournament.ini and your User.ini files. Both are located within your UT folder where the application is.

Remember, you'll also need to copy over any mods you've installed. Easiest way is to just copy the whole folder, as already stated.
