Unreal Mac 2.2.4 Beta 1 Update

I can't find anywhere with a decent connection to download this update, the down loads keep stopping/finishing at the most after about 1 MB of this 31 MB file has downloaded.
So has anyone got a a working/decent URL for this update (I've been using one from planet Unreal via Macgamefiles as well as others).
