Does anybody know if Black & White will be released for the Mac? And if so, when? I've been reading/talking to people about the game and it sounds absolutely incredible! I want it!

It's literally a god game, do Good, do Evil. The man who developed it also developed Populous, if anyone remembers that. (Lord, that dates a bit...).

Also, one poster on the IMG boards says that they have been accepted as a beta tester for the Elegant Chaos port but they haven't recieved any information as to when.

I, like everyone else, can't wait to get my hands on this game. Luckily, I've got some big games I've still got to finish so I can wait for a little bit. (Oni, Deus Ex(been working on this one for a while), Diablo 2, and I just ordered Monkey Island) And right now I'm deep in the bowels of OSX working on some cool OpenGL stuff. So I can wait. But I don't want to.

apparently in Black and white the god creatures you have(you raise these gods that are like cows or tigers or apes or something)
do funny things
I was reading on a forum about it

Black and white is good...I play it on my secondary computer (gaming pc) and it is a fun, albeit time consuming game.

You'll really need at least a GF2mx to run it decently though...
