I just got it off of ebay for $14 brand new!!! Great price compared to $40 at the Apple store. Kind of cool game. Feels neat swinging through the city just like I used to see on the cartoon (and imitate myself!!!)

Just wondering if anyone had it or what you thought of it.
thanks

I have it, I played it. I think it's a really fun game, it has a good comic book feel to it.

i've been playing it ever since it came out for psx using CVGS. great game, looks a lot better than the DVGS/psx version. psx also has spiderman 2, which is also great. it has more variety regarding gameplay i.e. puzzle levels where you have to unlock doors in sequence, timed levels (where you have do something/stop something before something explodes, for ex). but, this probably won't be ported.

what i really want to see is spiderman:the movie on a mac. it's coming out in all formats...well, all game system formats and pc, but hopefully, someone will port it to mac. looks really good, lots of cool moves and combos (i think i read there's lke 28 different ones).

you can download a trailer of the game here (warning: it's 20 mb)

20 secs to download. Easy. Now what's for dinner.

I wasted 40 bucks. It is console like cheap is ... well cheap. Graphics are so horrid that i wonder why the game requires an open gl vid card. I bet it would run great on even a 200 Mhz 604e using software emulation.
This signiture is currently under contruction!

yah its not UT or anything but its a fun time waster. Kind of cool swinging from the buildings just like in the old cartoon. Somethings are cheesy, granted.
$14, it was worth it to me

you know, don't mean to bump this, but i just played spiderman:the movie on both xbox and gamecube, and i want this game! swinging through the city on the xbox looked incredible. the moves and combos look really nice, too.

it's out for like every system imaginable: xbox, gamecube, ps2, gba, pc...but of course, not mac. well, maybe it will get ported to mac...by the time spiderman 2 comes to theaters

i know spiderman for mac is available; the original topic of this post is about the aspyr game. i was talking about the newly released spiderman: the movie game, which is based on the movie that comes out friday. both games have the same basic moves and such, but 'the movie' has much better graphics (i hope it does, seeing as i'm comparing the pc/psx game to an xbox/ps2 game), more moves, and enhanced gameplay that follows the movie.
