Hi. I received the Kawasaki ATV PowerSports demo last month via the MacAddict CD. I was able to use my Logitech WheelMouse on the demo. I liked the demo so I went ahead and ordered the game. When I got Kawasaki ATV PowerSports I found I could no longer use the mouse with the game. I tried loading Apple's Game Sprockets 1.7.5 with my current Logitech's drivers and and then USB Overdrive. 1.3. I then tried going back to the old gamer Game Sprockets (1.7) that ship with Kawasaki ATV and again tried them both with Logitech's drivers and then USB Overdrive 1.3. Still the mouse will not work.
Using the mouse is very important to me as I had a stroke and one of my hands is paralyzed. Please help. The version I have of Kawasaki ATV PowerSports is 1.0. Below is the answer I received from Encore Software's Tech Support:
-----------------------------
The following procedure should help you out:
Does your video card support 3D if not please go to apple.com and upgrade
or run software mode from the software
-----------------------------
That was no help.

Ok I don't know if I can be of much help really, as it seems you have tried everything that you can, but I can say that ONE (GameSprockets/USB Overdrive/The Logitech Drivers) of these either in combination with each other or not will work.
So all I can say is try again, go through everything mothodically & try out evey option available to you & you should be OK.
There is a patch for Kawasaki ATV PowerSports so I'd get that (try this URL http://www.macgamefiles.com/ & do a search for the game under updates) I also played the demo & it worked fine with InputSprocket also (V1.7.3 which I think you will need as a minimun).
If you got the demo working with your Logitech mouse (as I take it it was, i.e. not an Apple mouse) you can get the game working as well.
Since the game does use GameSprockets I would install 1.7.5 try the game WITHOUGHT the logitech driver(s?) & then with if you have no success.
Good luck!

Roders, Thank you for inforing me that there is a patch. Unfortunately, it is no longer in the directory and there is no update/ patch on Encore Software's we site. I then checked Cnet and MacDownload with no luck. Would you happen to have any other ideas of where I can find the update?

Roder, my problem was solved by the patch. Trevor, one of the moderators, sent me the proper URL.

I'd just like to say that this is the crappiest game ever, and I would rather have my toenails ripped out than ever play this game again.
