I'm playing it in OS9. When I launch the game, after the logos and movies, when I get to the main screen . . . it starts dialing the internet! and when I cancel it I get two cursors, one standard cursor and one gaunlet cursor, side by side. Is there a way to stop the game from dialing the internet? I'm just playing the single player mode.

If you want to prevent OS 9 from automatically dialling to the internet, then you need to go into Remote Access. In Remote Access, click on the Options button, & in the options screen, on one of the tabs, will be an option "Automatically connect when starting TCP/IP applications": uncheck this, save & exit Remote Access, & your problem should be sorted. There may also be an in-game option that you can disable, but I don't know, as I don't have the game (yet).
