I am sick of trying to learn how keyboard keys "funciton" within a game. This is NOT intuitive. Using a joystick and a mouse are the most beneficial efficient methods for play. I have tried a few things to get it to work but with no success.
I would like to find a way to use the Cyborg and Logitech items that I admire seperately but would love in tandem.

Ummm...your post is a little vague. You don't specify which input devices you have in mind or what games you are trying to play. :^\

Pretty much all of the games that I have will operate correctly with more than one input device activated. If you want some sort of universal interface that will give you configuration options for several active input devices, maybe you should consider getting something like USBOverdrive.
http://www.usboverdrive.com

But I think Gamesprockets will give you all the real control you need. You'll just have to keep experimenting until you get a device combination that appeals to you.

I have several input devices in my arsenal: a Saitek P750 gamepad, a Thrustmaster Firestorm gamepad, a Trackerball trackball, and, of course, my keyboard. I use different combinations of devices all the time while playing games, and everything works fine, even without USBOverdrive.

Hope this helps.

Ok, since I have become addicted into First Person shooters like Q3 and UT I am looking for something to help.

I have the Cyborg 3D joystick and a Logitech MouseMan Wheel.

I have tried USBOverdrive with no success.

I have seen Saitek's newest controler that seems to fit what I am looking for--I think it is the GM2, or whatever--but I cannot spend any more money. As a starving student, life sucks. ;-)

If anyone has tried this--USBOverdrive and Input sprocket combos--please send some notes so that we can compare.

Thanks
