Can I play Livin' Large w/o CD?

Does anybody know of a way I can use my (legal) copy of The Sims: Livin' Large without the CD? Maybe a Mac no-CD crack/patch? I'm trying to run all of my games without their CDs because I'm using a Powerbook, and using the DVD drive is a big battery drain (plus, having to put in the CD is just annoying...).
