Hi,
First, I'm not sure if I should post my question here or in the PowerBook forum (please forgive me)....
My problem is with the Carbon version of the Sims and the Sims Livin' Large. When I play the game on my PowerBook G4, the game sets the resolution at 1028x768 "streched" the game is distorted. I've tried changing the resolution when the game is running, but it changes back. Anyone can help ? My Sims need me
Thanks all

Once you put your hand in the flame you can never be the same, there's a certain satisfaction in a little bit of pain.

I think you should contact madams@westlakeinteractive.com about this.

If you disable the display sprocket under your extension manager, this will stop the game from forcing the machine to switch the resolution. I don't own a copy of the game, so I'm not sure if the game will start without it, or if it will adversely affect gameplay, but it can't hurt to try. I discovered this during the process of slim lining extensions on my older machine.

i get the same thing.
before in classic it would just leave the black lines on the side.
However stretching doesn't bother me THAT much.
