Is it posible to cheat in ut multiple player games? Last night I was playing a 1v1 game and couldn't kill the opponent. Using the same weapon I would hit him 10 times without killing him and he would hit me 1 or 2 times and kill me. What's up? He had all his buddies spectating and making comments, but I'm not sure I'm not just a bad player. One time he just stood still and I continually shot him without killing him. Thanks for any help.

You remember his name? if He wasn't cheating (it's rather hard to cheat like that in UT) then he either had tons o health, armorr, shiled or armor and health. Depends what gun you were shooting with and how wel he was dodging it (maybe it has spalsh damage).

UT has an aimbot cheat but some players are just REALLY good (like me).

I have beaten people like you describe just because i am really good at UT.

The only way he could cheat like that is if he was a server admin (if he was then his namei n the score column would be white instead of the default color).

he could also have a Uwar mod or something, or maybe a relic or something....

His name was The Brown Hornet (unregistered) and the server was Mr. Bandwidth-OGL 1vs1.His buddies were all spectating and their derisive comments were posted in white. We had equal weapons and he had no shields, there were no relics, & at one point he stood still & I shot him at least 7 times and he just ran away. I have played with a server before and he told me he had ways to cheat, I don't think this was a server. Just kind of irked me. Thanks for replying.

Well to my knowledge (i could be wrong..who knows)...the only way to cheat like you are describing is if the person is a server admin (chat is always wh9ite for everyone, admins HANDLES (ut names) appear as white when you see the scores, etc.
