Does anyone know of any good source for the commands one can pass to the game?

I have installed the DC-mappack (the maps released with the dreamcast version of the game: some are very nice) but I can't see the maps when trying to create a multiplayer game.

The only way to load those maps seems to be through the Quake console. unfortunately, I don't know which commands one is supposed to enter.
