How do u get it to work ? ive installed the full version of Q3A on my HD(OS9 partition), and i downloaded the Q3A for X, but i cant seem to be able to select he level or whatever message you get when you try to run it from X. help ?

To run Quake 3 using OS X:

change startup folder to OS 9.1.

Reboot.

Run Quake 3 in OS 9.1


The version of Quake for OS X is slower than the OS 9.1 version, so don't bother with it. Id is going to release an official Cocoa Quake 3 sometime in the distant future.
