There is Actua Soccer which came out years ago and looked just like the Playstation version. Feral Interactive have also done two conversions of Championship Manager (00/01 and 01/02 season) even though it is very boring.
As far as new 3D soccer simulations go (or fitba) I don't see it happening, I don't even think there's that many for the PC - it's all pretty much consle based now.
I would love them to, but I cope well enough with Virtual Game Station and my copies of Fifa 99 and The road to World Cup.
Besides, I'e given up on waiting for Mac games, and am getting a PS2 at the nest available opportunity.
