My girlfriend recently purchased an iMac. On the Installation CD's that came with it is Cro-Mag Rally. I have tried to install it on my Powerbook to no avail. It tells me that this is simply not possible, as it is destined solely for the iMac. Is this really true? Is there not any way that I can get Cro-Mag on my Powerbook so we can do a little network playing?

Yep, the games put on the iMacs cannot be used on anything else but other iMacs.

I was once at a friend's house the weekend he got his iMac DVSE (the first generation of them) and I tried to swipe Bugdom from his hard drive to my PowerBook, but to no avail.

Um... download the program "Wish I was" and tell it to make your machine an iMac, see if that works...
