Can you play Diablo II without a multi-button mouse? I've been using the "optical mouse" that came with my G4 to play it, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the right attack to work without a right button.

What's worse is I have a Wacom Graphire tablet with a multi-button mouse that, for some reason, doesn't work in this game. I've downloaded all of the most recent drivers for both the game and the tablet.

Any advice on how to use the "optical mouse" or get the Wacom to work would be great. Or even the name of a cheap multi-button mouse would be great.

1) Try reading the manual. (command+click will simulate a right button click).

2) When you started the game for the first time, it popped up a dialog box. One of the options was something along the lines of 'Use Multibutton Mouse.' That should be checked in order to use Multibutton mice. If you checked the option to not see the dialog box anymore, next time you run the game, hold down the Option button right after you double click the Diablo II icon.

I looked in the manual, I couldn't find anything. I guess all that crack-cocaine is making me stupid. Thanks for the help, I must have selected the multi-button mouse option at first because I intended on using the Wacom. Thanks again.
