I'm curious to see what this version of the game looks like. I'm a little annoyed that no mention has been made of the original version of this game, which was created by Stormfront Studios (not for the Mac) back in ... what was it ... '93? '92?
I was the main animator on the project, and did some of the illustrations, too. I'm sure it's quite different, now. Its sales were not earth-shattering, but it garnered good reviews and a somewhat fanatical cult-following, as I recall.
Enjoy

Yeah, I'm looking at getting it too, but I'm not sure yet. It gets decent reviews.

If you ever played Castles Siege and Conquest in the early 90's then you would love this game. It's incredibly addictive and a great strategy game. I can't wait to get it!

yeah, it's kinda like that. It's even got just economic or military missions if you only like a single aspect of the game, but I think it's just a lot of fun.

Civ 3 is eating up all my free time now that its' summer

This game looks great! Does anyone know if it will let Mac owners play against Windows owners? I e-mailed them this question but they haven't got back to me yet.

My windows using roommate wants to pick it up too and it would be sick if we could play together. Also picked it up today when I was at Frys, if only I wasn't picking up $150 in networking equipment and rent is due soon I would have picked it up.
