Does anybody know the specifics for changing terrain types etc. in saved Covilization games (the old Civ, not Civ2)? I know it can be done on PC, along with a couple of other things, some of which I've figured out already such as changing the year, difficulty level and which civilization you play as.

Any help would be appreciated.

I used to have this utility for hacking saved games. "civedit" I believe that is what it was called. BUT you can't edit land types (I don't even know what you are talking about with this one...) but you can change diffulity levels, money, tech, yadda, yadda, yadda....enjoy!

Thanks for the response, I think I've found the application you were talking about. Seems like someone already had had the same idea as me.
