I was recently thinking back about some games I remember loving, and I remember a really great game by the name of fools errand. It was very unique and a lot of fun, yet still hard. Just wondering if anyone else remembers it and knows of any games like these days. I remember hearing about 8 years ago the people who made fools errand were releasing a new game but i never saw it, and don't know if they did anything afterwards.

I remember that game, though I never managed to finish it: I got the map right, but I never got the hang of the next part. You can still play it under OS X if you use an emulator like vMac.

The game that followed was called 3 in Three and was supposedly somewhat simpler. The comp.sys.mac.games FAQ has more:

got vMac to try to play it, but I can't find my old disc of the game or an image of it online...not even someone selling an old disk of it.

It can be found online, I found it a year or so back. Try a Google search for "b&w mac games" (wihtout the quotes) or something like that. Sorry I don't have a link.
