A few weeks ago someone posted that they've successfully ported Abuse to OS X, how is that going? Have you "cleaned it up" yet?

Abuse is a great classic game from Bungie. It is a side scroller when you control your movement with keys are your cross-hair with your mouse. Very fun game. At some point Bungie open soursed the game and some people got it up and running for Linux, that is where this port is from.

Here is a pic:

Sorry, just giving credit where credit is due. I hate it when people don't do their homework and check whether their info is correct or not.

I thought Bungie just distributed the game? AFAIK, CrackDotCom was the developer for both PC and Mac versions.

Some sources:

<a href="http://www.bungie.com/products/abuse/abuse.htm" target="_blank">http://www.bungie.com/products/abuse/abuse.htm</a>

<a href="http://www.bungie.com/inside/history.htm" target="_blank">http://www.bungie.com/inside/history.htm</a>

And this, I'm assuming is a note from the main programmer for the original version:
