I asked the punkbuster crew on when the patch could be ready now.

News on the patch in Aspyr's newsletter. For some strange reason I'm receiving a newsletter. I guess I asked for it when I registered RTCW.

6. Return to Castle Wolfenstein-1.32 Update

As many of you may have already noticed, the PC 1.32 patch was released for Return to Castle Wolfenstein late last week. This patch specifically adds the following:
- support for a new moving object (the tram)
- a new map (Tram assault)
- support for ATI Truform

The Mac 1.32 patch also incorporates fixes and added features from the 1.3 and 1.31 patches, that were not released for the Mac

-1.3.1 fixed some teleportation/reviving players bugs
-1.3 added the following new features:
- PunkBuster, a server-based anti-cheating software system
- a new map (Ice)
- support for using Mods
1.3 fixed the following in multiplayer:
- adding "Allow Download" to Multiplayer Setup to allow the player to
download maps and mods directly from game server in-game.
- flamethrower fixes
- fixed where documents could sometimes be lost in closing doors
- picking up a weapon is no longer a quick reload
- dying and being revived no longer fills your power bar
- no longer kicked out due to inactivity after using up all your lives
- public messages are no longer echoed
- reviving a player near a moving object no longer causes a problem
- other minor fixes

-1.3 also fixes some minor items in single player.

It should be no surprise that Duane Johnson, of Westlake Interactive, is finishing up the 1.32 patch for the Mac. We expect the release to be early next week. Be sure to visit <a href="http://www.aspyr.com" target="_blank">www.aspyr.com</a> to check for the latest available updates.

Anyone experience this problem?? RTCW after escaping the castle and loading the village level, it bombs out. Ive tried starting again but cant get past this point

Its tuesday night here and that counts as the end of "early this week" in my book.

Wheres the damned patch!

We want to play online damnit!

I guess theres another 12? or so hours of Tuesday, maybe more in some place. Fingers crossed that it will be out today....

yeah , im also waiting for this patch to be released... tomorrow is mid - week so they have to release it today....

now there are about 70 servers , 2 of them have a decent ping here....

and i f****ing hope this osp rtcw mod will work on mac, every wolf server is going to use this.. like quake 3

waiting...
