It's being ported by what's left of Bungie, not M$ at all. They said this summer. I'm hoping by MWNY.

I've heard nothing since the original announcement that Microsoft would "start a new company to port all its games to the Mac platform" at last year's MWNY!

I remember reading it right after M$ bought Bungie. I tried to search for some news for it but couldn't find it. I thought it was part of M$'s spin control on the fact that they bought out the Mac's biggest game maker or whatever.
edit: Oh yeah. I remember that they said that it would be out this summer. I posed this very question on some other fourm and that is the answer I got too.
