It's in duplication right now and should be available within 7-10 days. If you head to the Game Center page for Elite Force (or any other game):
http://games.macnn.com/gamecenter/eliteforce/game.phtml

and click on Search for news on Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force, then you'll get all of the latest news on the title.
