Anyone try it out yet? What do you think? I haven't installed it yet but am going to soon. Please let me know what you think about it.

I thought it blew goats. One hit and your dead, and you can only respawn a certain # of times. If I wanted that I'd play Rainbow Six.

Where do you find all these mods? All I've seen are the ones at macsoft. I'll go check out some mac gaming sites and see whats up..

Avoid the Mac sites. They tend to be about 6 months behind, and miss most of the really good ones anyways. (A possible exception is Macgamefiles...). If you go straight to the PC source for these mods, then you'll be able to see exactly what choices you have.

Actually we're covering mod releases as they happen pretty religiously at:
http://games.macnn.com/

We haven't done any in-depth reports on any (yet), but we provide some basic information on the mod and a link to get more detailed information. Also, you can go to the Game Center page for the game that you're searching for mods on (Unreal Tournament, Quake III: Arena, etc.), click on the "Search for news" link and you're bound to find some of the latest mod releases for the game.

And [osX] hosted at planetunreal. Good site, lots of mac-specific info on stuff like playing w/o the cd in, speech binding, etc.
