I'm not sure if this should be here or in the hardware forum but here it is . . .
My brother has a M$ (yeah, I know) controller that is probably the best I've seen so far. I'm not sure of the model, but it's the typical boomerang shape controller w/ a USB connection, *HOWEVER* there is a sort of pivot feature where the center of game controller has a "joint" that allows you to sort of swivell and rotate it. Does anyone know how to get it to work w/ my Ti? Thanks, T.

Erm, it is a joystick or a gamepad? Is it possible that you mean the MS Sidewinder Freestyle Pro? This would be a very cool gamepad with an analog sensor, where you can rotate the gamepad itself to use it as joystick...

It's a game pad. I don't think it the sidewinder Pro. The middle part of the pad is like a hip joint. You can sort rotate it all around by opposing the two end pieces that you hold onto. Great for "looking" around in Quake. Is there a way to make it work w/ my Ti?

Ah, I guess this thing to rotate is a coolie hat. However, the pad should work without problems on the mac, just use it as every other gamepad or joystick. But I would not recommend on using a gamepad in quake...
