When you get hit, does your screen turn dark as well as flash red? It's not a ATI thing, my brother GF2 does that in rave also, and the darkness while you're flashing red makes it hard to see, so I might turn off screen flashes (which will make it ahrd to know when I'm being hit, a big -).

Anyone else got this?

Nope. Not on my new G4 or my old 8500. Hope you can figure it out.

Meh, I'll just turn them off. Quake 3 has no screen flashes at all, and you can't toggle them. Never noticed, so I will be fine in UT without them.
