MacPlay has announced that the three additional titles that the company has acquired the Mac publishing rights for are Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Sacrifice and Starfleet Command Volume II: Empires at War.

What are everyone's thoughts on these announcements?

all 3 games look very outdated as far as the graphics are concerned.

the current and coming games for the PC all use the new 3d power of the geForce 2 and Radeon cards to full extend.

the mac is still second choice not only for quantity but also for quality of the games.

Has anyone played the Starfleet Command game on the PC side? I'd like to know if the trailer shows gameplay or cinematics.

As for the outdated graphics: I believe graphic quality is secondary in importance to game play. Ask anyone whom (like myself) has wasted countless hours on "primitive" games like Spaceward Ho!, Escape Velocity: Override, etc.
