I'm at a PC friend's house right now playing it. It's a friggin blast. It's very much Quake in WWII clothing, but it's fun.

When are we gonna get that OS X version? I'll be getting a dual 800 soon and this would be a great game to press both those CPUs.

Yes, a demo version of this game should be available soon (within days) for MacOS X, and it looks like it runs faster on a PowerMac than a Pentium. See http://www.imgmagazine.com/news/stor...ArticleID=3807

A matter of days for the OS X version? Sweet. Time to camp out at versiontracker.com.

Well, i went to the public folder of Greame Divine, and i downloaded the muliplayer test from it. The only problem is when i try to use it in OS X, (10.0.4) it says that i have to choose a directory to run the test. NOT COOL!!! So, maccentral.com tells us the that test is out, and where we can get it from, but it says something about needing the PC version installed??? I'm very confused about this, and would love if someone could clarify what the heck is going on. I mean, i have the MP test on my hard drive for OS X, so how do i get this directory thing?!

Go here, and you'll find out all about it!! http://www.macgamer.com/news/item.php?id=3403

Everything will be more easy when greame divine puts out the public release, then you won't need virtual pc etc...

Download the 4MB MacOSX app. Download the pc test.
Take the contents of the 4MB download and toss them into the pc test folder. Double click the app choose the main folder (pc test folder).
I feel bad for the developers of this game.
The graphics are pretty, but do to recent events I find it hard to play.

I have a iMac DV+ (G3 450, 192 MB RAM), and while it's not exactly a gaming machine, Wolfenstein runs awfully slowly. It's not bad in parts, but then again there are no bots or anything in the demo. Even some of the title screens are slow because of all the video running at the same time. I'd hate to see the full game on my iMac (and this game is supposed to be running faster than the PC build? Yikes!).

Other than that though, it's really an impressive game, and the demo level feels just like Unreal Tournament's 'storm the beach bunker' level. I can't say I was exactly impressed with the game overall, since the concept has already been done, but at least it was done well. We'll see when the single player demo comes out.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my experience.
