After the plethora of apps. which created Aqua like icons and buttons, just out of interest, where would someone stand in using interface builder (provided with Mac OS X developers tools) to build buttons and icons now. Apple seems to come down hard on sites that use such looks - except user groups and software companies touting OS X.

I mean is nicking the red window icon (close window) to use on your site permissible?

I'm just interested to know your thoughts - I don't want to build sites with it - just wanted to know the score copyright wise.
