In no particular order:

For Web design:
- Flash
- Graphic design skills

For Web development:
- Javascript
- ASP/Visual Basic
- PHP/mySQL

I stronly encourage you to learn the at least the basics of databases, thats a truly indespensible skill; and any web project worth its weight will have one...

it will also increase your hourly rate

check out www.bookpool.com or browse threw some books at your local Barnes and noble... time well spent...

good luck and keep learning!
