My web site is currently moving about 10 GB of traffic per month. Currently the web site sits on a rack in San Jose.

I have found a NYC provider to offload some of the files onto (I'm software dev), and in addition I'd like to find a EU vendor that I could buy 1-15 GB/mo from. I don't need co-lo or anything fancy, I just want to offload some files to Europe, since so many customers are in Europe, and perhaps provide a complete EU mirror (so I'd need CGI, SSI, but that's it). Only need about 400 MB of host space.

Suggestions for an English speaking, solid European hosting service? I'd like to get the contract in terms of US dollars as well...
