Hello all,

I just found out tonight that AppleWorks can export files as html. This is great news to me. I do the website for a small non-profit newspaper and spend a lot of time formatting articles for the web. I tried using AppleWorks to format an article and it seemed to work well except it used the line break tag "<BR>" for a new paragraph instead of the "<P>" tag which is what I prefer. Is there some way to force it to use the "<P>" tag?

I checked out the preferences for html export and came up with nothing. But otherwise I am thrilled with this. It even puts in the escape characters for all our Spanish articles. If you didn't know about this, check it out. It's a real time saver for formatting articles destined for the web.

Cheers!
