Okay, about half the links are broken, but the designer/webmaster we hired promised to fix them "right away."
Let me know what you think.. Try not to be too mean, it was cheap. He was developing a portfolio, and did the initial layout for free. I think we're paying him now that we're putting it through revisions.

Well, you wanted to know what I think, so here goes...
- The links on the left side are only clickable on the text portion of the button - why not the whole thing? Would make navigating easier.
- Why are those links on the left in a frame, anyway? If clicking on one image changed its image to somehow designate you clicked on it, I could see a little better reason to do it... but it doesn't do this, so I'd say ditch the frames.
- Interesting front page picture - I'd say feature it more prominently. Don't have text above it, it won't be read by most people and takes attention off the painting. If the gallery has pictures anything like your front page pic, looks like you're doing some really outstanding art!
- Heading back to that nav bar, it would be nicer if we could see all the links on the left side all at once, especially the Visa/MasterCard thing. I didn't realize this site was trying to sell me something until I saw those icons - if you could shrink down that bar a bit, or have the money/purchasing icons a little more conscpicuous, you may have more people say, "Hey, I can buy these! Awesome!" Don't pressure the customer into buying, though, that'd be bad. If you could somehow get them to come into the gallery a little easier...
- I wouldn't highlight your address and telephone number in the top frame like that - the logo should be, yes, but for people contacting you there should be a friendly "contact us" page somewhere easy to find - then you concentrate more of the top part of the page (the most easily seen) to cooler stuff, like that funky cow-skull painting.
Hope these comments aren't sounding picky - the webmaster is definitely learning (especially with broken links... ewww) , but then again, the web is really a completely new place to design for, so we're all learning!
Oh, and I just had Long John Silvers for the first time today, and boy, do they make a tasty (but greasy) piece of fish! Mmm-mmm!

Everything funkboy said, and:
I think the top frame is too tall, and the buttons on the left are too tall.
Also, see if there is anything else you can do besides a lens-flare behind the logo. This is the cheapest, ugliest, most over used PhotoShop trick ever.
Try and add a little shading behind the part of the top of the 'G' that wraps around the 'V.'
I think the text is a little hard to read in the "business card" part in the top frame. The white of the emboss with the white text makes it appear blurry.
Make these adjustments and I think the page will be much more appealing over all. Like funkboy, hope you don't think I'm being too picky, hehe.

Thanks, I replied to both of you yesterday, but a few posts got munched in whatever this hacking was.
I'm gonna compile the pretinent suggestions (al of them?) and forward them to my aspiring web designer/webmaster.
