I've been reading good things, and since Dreamweaver MX hasn't been officially announced, I'm considering getting it. Lotsa hype with this product, just wondering if anyone had any real experience.

I just downloaded Freeway 3.5. It worked great in OS X, came with 2 cool pdf manuals, and had way too many features for me to use.

All I want is something like Adobe Pagemill 3.0 for OS X!

But, Freeway rocks if you've got skills. I don't, though.

I don't often advertise "competitive" BB's, but chances are, you already know about other similar BB's.

There's a thread over at MABB on exactly this topic.

I'm using the demo, and I am adapting, but ultimately, I think I'm going to stick with hand-coding. It's a great app, but I want to hand code. It's easier for me in the long run.

I tried it and didn't like it. It tries to do too many things and does none of them all that well. If you're a graphics app, let me add a drop shadow or a patterned fill. If your a layout app, let me import my graphics without a hassle. If you're an HTML app, let me SEE MY CODE!! It's ok, but I wouldn't switch from DW and BBEdit. my 2¢.

So why not just try it? There's a 30-day fully functional demo available. What I love about it is the typography and the intuitiveness of the interface. It works just the way I do and its actions palette means the program is infinitely extensible

It is going to be used in the school district I work for @ $2 a license. I don't know if that is a good deal. The beta I have used is not so good.
