dumb question, but whats the address of my local server?
When Im connected to my university network, my IP is allocated to me and I use that as the address of my local host. However that address doesnt work if Im not connected to the network. http://127.0.0.1/ and http://localhost/ dont seem to work either. Do I need to change something in the network settings? Like, tell it that Im not connected to the network anymore?
