I'm looking for a web host to start a small online business. I'm looking for a provider that will match the following criteria:

-Has Miva script options.
-Is secure.
-Has the option to process Credit Cards.
-Has the option to upgrade storage and transfer sizes if the business takes off.

So far DellHost seems to be the best. Any other suggestions would be great. Thx.

You may want to check out FutureQuest.net, and consider services like Kagi.

Suggestion: You may also want to rethink your priorities. In the past, I've had horrible experiences with billing and customer service (AIT). If you cannot rely on a company for quality service and uptime, it doesn't matter what they offer on the front end. IMO.
