Confusing title, I know.

Here's what I need to know: hit this this link, or any page in the issues section of tammybaldwin.house.gov, using Explorer for 9 or X, your pick.

Now scroll down the page. See the text just get lopped off?

This seems to be an IE exclusive "feature". Can someone teach me what part of the HTML causes this problem in IE? I've seen it in other places too....
