When I try to debug using the August dev tools it complains that "Source for Controller.m not found" when it's clearly there to be found.

Maybe try creating a new project and moving your source files into that?

I ran into some problems using pre-August .pbproj files with the August devtools.

You don't have a .gdbinit file, do you? Most people shouldn't.
